Enjoy traditional Hawaiian foods and a complimentary glass of Fenton Herriott wine while Aloha Dancers perform Hawaiian dances.

Moloka’i Shrimp Spinach Salad
Marinated shrimp over spinach leaves with roasted bell peppers and tossed with a warm vinaigrette.

Lomi Lomi Salmon
Salted salmon, diced tomatoes, red and green onions and spicy peppers.

Huli Huli Chicken
Barbequed chicken with a mango and soy sauce glaze.

Pineapple Fried Rice
Fried rice with pineapple, ginger, and green onions.

Hawaiian Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes and bananas flavored with cinnamon and slow cooked in orange juice.

Pinapple Upside-Down Cake
Light and fluffy yellow cake with sliced pineapple on the bottom then backed to a golden brown.
